The short version: you are buying a licence to use our software, templates, training and support for your own affiliate marketing; you can have your money back within 30 days for any reason; we don’t guarantee you will make money; and you agree to use the pages lawfully and within the rules of the affiliate networks you promote on.
These terms are between you and The Bot Page (“we”, “us”). By registering for a training, using thebotpage.com, or buying The Bot Money Page, you agree to them. Purchases are processed by ClickBank, which acts as the retailer, and ClickBank’s own customer terms also apply to the transaction.
The Bot Money Page is a software and training package. It includes access to the Bot Money Page software and the done-for-you pages, lead magnets and other templates within it; the video training; the traffic training; and the bonuses described on the order page at the time you buy, including hosting for your pages, email-integration, the support desk, the small-group coaching calls for the period stated, and new pages built on request. Where a bonus is described as limited, such as places in the coaching group, it is provided while places are available.
Optional add-ons offered on the order form or after checkout, such as the Done-For-You Ad Pack, are covered by these terms and by the same 30-day money-back guarantee.
Access is for one person, for your own affiliate marketing. We may update, add to or retire individual templates and features over time while continuing to provide the product as a whole.
The price you pay is the price shown on the ClickBank order form at checkout. Where a coupon or promotional price is offered, it applies only if it is shown on the order form when you pay. The product is sold for a single one-time payment; there is no payment plan and nothing recurring.
Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you decide within 30 days of purchase that the product is not for you, email [email protected] and you will be refunded in full. You can also request a refund through ClickBank’s customer service. After a refund, your access ends and the licence in section 5 is cancelled.
The software, pages, conversations, lead magnets, training videos and all other materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them to promote affiliate offers through pages activated in your own account. You may not resell, share, copy, publish or redistribute the materials, give others access to your account, or use the templates to build a competing product. The Bot Money Page name and logos are our trademarks.
We may suspend or end access, without refund outside the 30-day guarantee, where an account is used in breach of these terms.
We provide tools, training and support. We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all. Any figures shown on our pages or in our trainings are the results of specific individuals and are not typical. Your results depend on the offers you choose, the traffic you send, your effort, and factors outside anyone’s control. Nothing we provide is financial, legal or professional advice. The product works alongside services we do not control, including affiliate networks, email services, domain registrars, advertising platforms and video hosting. Their availability, rules and pricing are theirs, and they may change. We are not responsible for them.
We aim to keep the software and hosting available at all times, but like any online service it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. Support is provided by email at [email protected] on weekdays; response times quoted on our pages are averages, not guarantees.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published at thebotpage.com/terms, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes do not reduce the rights you have under the refund guarantee for a purchase already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
